Our Story
Loctech Sdn Bhd was incorporated in June 2021 with a mission to be a leading service provider in an internal pipe cleaning and coating for oil & gas industry.
Founded by Oil & Gas Engineers in various disciplines with an accumulated experience more than 50 years. Our HQ is located in Seksyen 33, Shah Alam, Selangor and we are committed to provide services throughout Malaysia and South East Asia.

Raja Syahmarizal Raja Baharuddin, COO
Raja Syahmarizal graduated from UiTM in Mechanical Engineering and Oil & Gas experience in Topside Major Maintenance, commissioning for 20 years.
Shamhan Shahril, CEO
Shamhan graduated from Staffordshire University ,UK in Electrical Engineering. He joined Schlumberger for 8 years as Well Services Engineer and 7 years as top management for local oil & gas company.
Shamsol Azhar Mohd Bashir, CTO
Shamsol has a Master in Oil & Gas Management. He has 30 years of experience in piping, structure, and pipeline management in the oil and gas industry. His expertise include NDT, coating, and commissioning, as well as project management.
